Iran is prepared to resume nuclear discussions with the United States on condition that it is handled with "respect" and "honor", Iran's foreign minister has stated.

The Iranian diplomat said solely negotiations worked, and disclosed recent overtures had originated from intermediaries to restart talks with the US government. He asserted Iran had zero secret atomic facilities, and Tehran was not yet able to allow the International Atomic Energy Agency to inspect struck enrichment centers for safety concerns.

Walking a Challenging Route

The foreign minister is treading a complex route since Iran aims to avoid be seen to be acting from a situation of vulnerability, and he consistently maintained that Iran had arisen more resilient militarily and mentally from the joint assault on its nuclear sites in June.

He was addressing at a defense forum in Tehran where he restated that Iran had "an absolute privilege to enrich uranium within its borders that it will perpetually retain" – the primary cause of the impasse in the earlier negotiations.

Prior Talks Suddenly Concluded

The prior phases of discussions between the United States and Iran were concluded unexpectedly and bitter termination on 12 June when the Israeli government, with US support, struck Iran's enrichment centers in a two-week conflict that concluded with Donald Trump declaring the facilities had been obliterated. Subsequently, Western states employed their authority to restore international penalties, but Iran asserts they have not had a substantial consequence.

Perfect Agreement Proposed

Iran's diplomats claimed they felt they had attained a "magic solution" to the enrichment issue in prior discussions, when it was settled an domestic cooperative with American involvement could process nuclear material. The two nations would have been able to declare success since local refinement would have continued and the US could be confident that Iran's atomic project was entirely non-military.

It had not been agreed in the discussions that US nuclear scientists could operate on Iranian soil, but that was a natural consequence of the cooperative offer. Diplomats claimed three times they had reached agreement with the US representative Steve Witkoff only for the arrangement to disintegrate due to "opponents in the US".

Existing Status

Iran's diplomats said the cooperative arrangement was now withdrawn, but it seems quite possible the offer could be reintroduced in certain ways if talks resume.

The US president recently said he had been receiving messages that Iran desired to restart talks, but in private Iran's diplomats say they are not yet receiving coherent offers from Washington either explicitly or from important Middle Eastern intermediaries, such as the Qatari government, Egypt, Oman and Saudi Arabia. The Iranian foreign ministry has been accused of inactivity in the wake of Washington's unmediated tactics, but Tehran says diplomacy is not part of a show.

Negotiating Stance

In his speech to the forum, aimed to paint the US as a controlling nation that exploits the concept of worldwide standards, the foreign minister stated the fortnight-long engagement demonstrated the dispute could not be resolved by combat operations. He stated the attacks started with a US demand for an unconditional Iranian surrender and concluded with an unconditional call for a truce.

Iran is assured the opening assaults from Tel Aviv were mounted with total Washington understanding and cooperation, making faith challenging to reestablish.

Negotiations Continues the Ultimate Resolution

The foreign minister declared: "Tehran was not the one that had deserted dialogue; it was America and the western countries that had consistently sought to impose their demands during the negotiations. Negotiations can still be active and continues the ultimate solution to settle disputes, but its standards, regulations and tenets must be respected."

"In case they speak to the citizens of Tehran with the language of respect and respect, they will receive a reply in the equivalent approach."

Recovery and Rebuilding

In what is described by Iranian officials as the conflict of repair and recovery, Araghchi claimed he was certain Iran's military capacities "are considerably enhanced than prior to 13 or 14 June of this year.
